Leadership Stories in Times of Change
Explore your role and story as a leader in shaping change.
An intensive four-day leadership stories program.
€4,450 (excl. VAT) | Locations: Le Grand Rex, Paris & Mama Shelter Paris

You lead in a time of uncertainty and high pressure. Change demands direction, calm, and clarity, while old ways of leading no longer always work. Leaders today are asked to step up differently. You need a new leadership story.

Perfect French films illustrating leadership in change:
Chocolat (2000): Leadership disrupting rigid traditions. Vianne Rocher transforms a conservative village through empathy and defiance, turning resistance into community renewal amid crisis.
Le Professionnel (1981): Jean-Paul Belmondo’s agent defies betrayal, transforming personal crisis into resolute action. Transformational leadership turning resistance into purpose.
La Haine (1995): In tense banlieue unrest, characters break conventions to navigate transformation, showing leadership that reads the system without forcing outcomes.

Locations: Le Grand Rex, Paris (1 Boulevard Poissonnière)—Europe’s largest movie auditorium and iconic Art Deco cinema since 1932—for film-inspired reflection and private screenings. Mama Shelter Paris (109 Rue de Bagnolet) provides stylish overnights with panoramic views, steps from urban energy—perfect for processing change leadership.

Depth and Distance

In this four-day training (two two-day blocks with overnight stays at Mama Shelter), you step away from daily operations. Explore how change affects you, how your leadership ripples through the system, and how to create momentum without fixing everything yourself.

Le Grand Rex offers modern auditoriums for deep reflection and film clips as lessons; Mama Shelter fosters creative downtime—like leadership creating flow in turmoil.

Why This Training?

Organizations grow more complex. Leaders balance strategy and humanity, speed and buy-in. Leadership in times of change requires self-awareness, tension tolerance, and system reading.

Film as mirror during the training:
Day 1: Chocolat scenes—recognizing change phases.
Day 2: Le Professionnel clips—harnessing resistance as fuel.
Day 3: La Haine—giving direction without forcing.

What You Learn

Align your leadership to change phases. Manage tension and resistance, boost others’ ownership, and develop ways to guide without pushing. At the end, you’ll relate to change more easily and co-create with your team.
